Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from Auburn University! This email contains important details about Auburn's Summer 2026 Commencement ceremonies.

Ceremony Information

All ceremonies are held inside Neville Arena and include the commencement speaker, conferral of degrees, recognition of students with academic honors and student procession. 
To participate in your ceremony and have your name in the printed commencement program, you must complete the diploma application by Monday, June 22.
Doors open 90 minutes before each ceremony.
Graduates must arrive at least one hour before the start of each ceremony.
Each ceremony is anticipated to last approximately 1.5 hours.

Ticketing Information

University-issued tickets are required for commencement ceremonies.
Only graduates can reserve tickets.
Tickets are required for all graduates and guests, regardless of age.
Summer 2026 graduates must reserve their own graduate ticket and may reserve up to 8 guest tickets.
Graduates may request up to 7 additional guest tickets, subject to availability.
Summer ticket reservations open on Monday, June 8, and close Monday, July 13, at 11:59 p.m.
Graduates will receive an email on June 8 with ticket reservation instructions.
Graduates who do not reserve tickets by the deadline will not be able to request guest tickets.
Auburn University's commencement tickets have no cash value. The selling or bartering of commencement tickets is strictly prohibited and is a Student Conduct violation. Students found engaging in such activities will have their tickets voided.

Regalia (Cap and Gown)

Regalia is required for all commencement ceremonies.
All orders must be placed online through the Auburn University Bookstore.
Master’s and doctoral regalia have transitioned from black to navy caps and gowns.
Regalia orders must be placed by Monday, July 13. Orders after this date include a $25 late fee and are subject to limited size availability.
Regalia pick up is August 3 - 8 at the Auburn University Bookstore.

Honor cords are distributed during regalia pick up based on information from the Registrar's Office. For eligibility questions, contact otrgrad@auburn.edu.
