Doors to Neville Arena open 90 minutes before each ceremony.

Graduates must arrive at least one hour prior to the start of their ceremony and enter Neville Arena through the Student Entrance.

Guests enter through the Main Entrance.

Those guests needing accessible entry may use the Scholarship Entrance.

Each ceremony is expected to last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Graduates must remain seated for the duration of the ceremony, including the recessional.

Following the ceremony, graduates will exit Neville Arena to meet their guests at the Meet-Up Tent in the Neville Arena Parking Lot.

A livestream of each ceremony will be available on the commencement website.

Graduates can download tickets beginning Monday, April 20.

Graduates and guests are encouraged to print their tickets for quicker entry.

A standby line is available for guests without tickets. Entry via the standby line is subject to availability and opens approximately 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Guests without tickets can view the ceremony livestream in the Village Dining Hall.

Graduates selling tickets will be referred for disciplinary action.

Accessibility Information |

Guests without a parking placard can be dropped off at the Scholarship Entrance.

The Neville Arena Parking Lot is reserved for ADA parking only (state-issued hangtags or license plates must be visible).

Accessibility seating is located on the concourse level and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Due to limited ADA seating, only one person can accompany a guest seated in the accessibility section.

Guests using wheelchairs, walkers, carts, or other specialized equipment must bring these items with them. Auburn University does not provide these resources.

Clear Bag Policy and Prohibited Items |

The clear bag policy is strictly enforced.
-
Only bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" or clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed. Medical bags (essential items only) and diaper bags (accompanied by an infant) are exceptions and will be searched.

Other items not allowed inside Neville Arena include camera bags, cameras with lenses over 4", open food and beverages (sealed water bottles are permitted), posters, fatheads, shakers, balloons, and pocketknives.

Guests who do not adhere to the clear bag policy must return items to their vehicles or may check them for $5.

All graduates have official photos taken as they cross the stage and receive their copy of the Auburn Creed.

Photos are taken by GradImages and are available for purchase.

Graduates and guests can register with GradImages prior to the ceremonies to receive a 20% discount on orders.

Photos are available within one week following commencement.
