Spring 2026 Commencement Message for Students 02/26/2026

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from Auburn University! This email contains important details about Auburn's Spring 2026 Commencement ceremonies.

Ceremony Information

All ceremonies are held inside Neville Arena and include the commencement speaker, the conferral of degrees, recognition of students with academic honors, and the student procession.
Graduates will receive a copy of the Auburn Creed as they cross the stage.
Each ceremony is anticipated to last between 1.5 and 2 hours.
Graduates must arrive one hour before the start of each ceremony (see schedule below). Doors open 90 minutes before each ceremony.
To participate in your ceremony and have your name in the printed commencement program, you must complete the diploma application by Monday, March 2.
A livestream of the ceremonies is available on the commencement website.
Diplomas are mailed 6–8 weeks following commencement.

Ceremony Schedule

Ticketing Reminders

Spring ticket reservations are now open and close March 17, at 11:59 p.m.
University-issued tickets are required for ALL commencement ceremonies (except for the professional ceremonies on May 4).
Tickets are required for all graduates and attendees, regardless of age.
Graduates who do not reserve tickets by the deadline will not be able to request guest tickets.
Waitlist ticket notifications will be sent on March 30.
Auburn University's commencement tickets have no cash value. The selling or bartering of commencement tickets is strictly prohibited and is a Student Conduct violation. Students found engaging in such activities will have their tickets voided.

Regalia (Cap and Gown)

Regalia is required for all commencement ceremonies.
All orders must be placed online through the Auburn University Bookstore.
For early pick up (March 23 – March 27), orders must be placed by Monday, March 2, 2026.
For regular pick up (April 27 – May 4), orders must be placed by Monday, March 30. Orders placed after this date have a $25 late fee and are subject to limited size availability.
Honor cords are distributed during regalia pick up based on information from the Registrar's Office. For eligibility questions, contact otrgrad@auburn.edu.

Ceremony Photography

All graduates have official photos taken while crossing the stage and with their copy of the Auburn Creed. 
Photos are taken by GradImages and are available for purchase. 
Graduates and guests can register with GradImages prior to the ceremonies to receive a 20% discount on orders.
Photos are available within two weeks after commencement.
