OIT Ticket System
Harrison School of Pharmacy faculty, staff and students that have a request for the Office of Information and Instructional Technology can use the OIT Ticket System.
Work tickets can be submitted by either a web-based or email process. For the website form, the user needs to be connected to the Auburn University network either by physically being on campus or connected through the VPN. If neither is possible, an email can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include a description of the problem you are having in the email and an indication of the urgency of the issue.
