What is the period of a performance review?

  • The 2018-19 Performance Year Period starts on June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019.

Who receives a performance review?

  • All regular full-time and part-time employees.

Are these paper-based or electronic forms?

  • Currently, the performance reviews are paper-based. However, the university is working towards a new, electronic process.

Don’t wait until the last minute to complete performance reviews. Be proactive. If you have any questions about job duties, performance levels, behaviors observed or performance developments for the review, contact COSAM’s Office of Human Resources for help.
