Dissertation: The Rrekontamiento del rrey Alisandre: Western and Oriental Aspects of the Aljamiado-Morisco Legend of Alexander the Great.  Director: Harvey L. Sharrer.

 

Graduate studies included five years of formal instruction in Arabic with UCSB Professor Dwight Reynolds, of the Dept. of Religious Studies.
