Conclusion

Overall, I found this class very resourceful. I enjoyed hearing each of the different individuals speak on their expertise in the field.
Kelly Mitchell’s interview echoed what Drew Yantis and Matt Waller had to say on project management and subcontractor relations.
I decided not to include the business start up in the action plan, since the plan was for an existing company and not a start up business
I believe the action plan presented would work in a mid-size to very large company.
I believe that this being the first Executive Issues class, we were able to achieve a lot in terms of company exposure.
I enjoyed this class, and I believe it will be one of the more beneficial classes I’ve taken.
