This class is a joint venture between Auburn University Building Science Graduate Students and Executives from various construction firms. The purpose of this class is to make these students aware of various executive decisions and issues that Construction Managers face in day to day operations.  This class will consist of several lectures from these executives that will present their knowledge and problems within the industry to the students. Students will then be given an assignment to be presented to the instructor and the corporate partner. The objective of this class is to help students better understand the nature and types of problems that are faced in the construction industry.  This class will better enable the students to recognize the problems, evaluate these problems and take the best corrective action.

The purpose of this web site is to present the lectures of the executives, give a brief synopsis of their lectures, and a detailed proposed solution.
