My primary research focus is to develop, implement and assess behavioral physical activity and exercise interventions.

I believe effective teaching is an interactive process between the students and the teacher.  Each student brings his or her own perspective, experiences, knowledge and insights into the classroom. Therefore, I encourage each student to actively assimilate new information and experiences that promote skill development and support comprehension.
