I am a fourth year doctoral student currently working in Dr. Thomas' research lab. My research interests include personnel selection, recruitment, and test development. I am currently conducting a study investigating predictors of assessors' rating accuracy at an assessment center. I also am a graduate teaching assistant for industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology.

Presenting at Conference
I graduated with a BA in psychology and a minor in business administration in August, 2005 from Baylor University. I received my MS in I-O psychology from Auburn in May, 2009, and I am currently completing preliminary examinations. In addition to continuing with ongoing research projects, I plan to begin an internship in Fall 2009. I am originally from just south of Dallas, TX (Red Oak).
