IDM is a digital design class that teaches us different aspects of computer software to help us when designing projects for architecture. One of our assignments for this class was to construct a website about ourselves that showed the different projects that we have worked on. Another project from this class was our designer duck and our conservatory. This project was done mostly in a program called Rhinocerous. Rhinocerous is a digital design program that helps put our designs into a structural form so that we can start to construct our ideas. We also use Photoshop to help in forming our ideas because with this program we can start to put images to the webl, as well as use other images that are already on the web to begin to show ideas that are harder to design in Rhinocerous. It is a very fun class but it can be very frustrating at times, especially if your computer illiterate like me. I'm slowly learning though and I think i'm getting better as time goes on.
