I am an Assistant Professor at Florida Polytechnic University in the Computer Science department [Current Profile]. My basic interest lies in protein three-dimensional (3D) structure prediction problem, specifically low-homology protein threading. I earned Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Auburn University, in August 2021. My advisor was Dr. Debswapna Bhattacharya. My dissertation title is New computational and data-driven methods for protein homology modeling (PDF).
