Important Dates for our local club in 2005-2006:
updated 1/16/2006
Please look over this tentative calendar and give feedback to any of your officers. It is important to let us know as early as possible if you think you would like to participate so that we can plan properly. As with all outdoor activities, weather can be a factor, and last-minute changes may have to be made. For the camps, we will especially need to hear from you as soon as possible. Your ideas and suggestions are most welcome.
We have shown several great non-pony club
events, which are marked with a *.
For area US Eventing Association sanctioned combined training events, check out this list of USEA events. Click on Area III. Schooling shows are not listed.

June, 2006
CPC is invited to join TVPC in
their annual camp. All levels are welcome. It's great rally prep -
lots of good riding opportunities, including a xc course. They have lots
of older pony clubbers and HA's and graduate A's to instruct. There is a
possibility of staying in homes of TVPC members. This is a good
opportunity to rate. Cost $100-125 usually.
CPC usually sends dressage and combined training teams. If you wish to compete in another discipline, composite teams are available with other clubs. Tetrathelon, show jumping, dressage, D1, D2, and up eventing rallies all in a row. Tetrathelon Fri PM- Sun PM before that week at Masterson Station near KY Horse Park; Show Jumping Mon noon- Tues; Dressage Tues noon-Wed; D1 Wed-Thurs (dressage and stadium- no xc); D2, D3 eventing Wed noon- Fri; Beginner novice, novice, training, preliminary eventing in conjunction with (non-P.C.) open horse trial Fri noon-Sun PM.
Are you curious about horse
management? There will be a horse management seminar in conjunction with this,
for adults and older PC members. The
region requires us to send at least one person from each club to be trained.
They plan to educate horse management judges on Wed. and other parents who are
interested but don’t want to be actual horse management judges on Thursday.
