Try reloading the default theme in WordPress.

Forget what I just posted. Look at the post entitled “O-Board Bills for Senate Oct. 2″ (posted on Oct. 1st). Notice how the divider line extends from the white (left) side well into the grey (right) side?
Shorten the divider line.
