Assignment  One:  Instructional Objectives


1. Select a topic/concept/skill to teach in a subject and class of your choice. Your teaching should cover at least TWO but not more than THREE lessons.  Examples are listed below.

2. Write a minimum of FOUR but not more than EIGHT behavioral objectives for your lessons.  Follow the guidelines discussed in class and in the handout and readings.

3. Your sequence of objectives for this "mini unit" must meet the following requirements:
     a. behavioral terms (include an action verb)
     b. logically sequenced and cumulative
     c. objectives on at least FOUR cognitive levels

4. Assignment Two will be to develop a concept/skill lesson plan.  Try to plan ahead and write some objectives for Assignment One that will be suitable for developing Assignment Two.
