Systems Biology of Symbiosis (SymBioSys) Database @ The Medina Lab
The Santos Lab is happy to host a link to the Systems Biology of Symbiosis (SymBioSys) Database. This product, based on work from the Medina Lab at the University of California Merced and maintained by Shinichi Sunagawa, provides a web-accessible database interface to express sequence tags (ESTs) from various cnidarian species and Symbiodinium isolates. If you have any questions regarding the SymBioSys Database, please feel free to email Shinichi Sunagawa or Monica Medina.
