MrBayes Web Form
Welcome to The Santos Lab implementation of the MrBayes Web Form, a web-based application for creating simple command blocks for the program MrBayes (Huelsenbeck & Ronquist 2001, Bioinformatics 17:754-755). MrBayes employes Bayesian inference in the construction of phylogenetic trees and is being run as a parallel application at the AU Dept. of Biological Sciences on an Apple G5 14-processor computer cluster affectionately known as GUMP (Genomics Using Multiple Processors). This form was designed by Dr. Roderic D.M. Page (University of Glasgow).
