 Dr. Ross completed her Ph.D. at the University of Kansas with a major emphasis in measurement and statistics and a minor area of concentration in clinical child psychology.  She teaches courses in assessment, educational psychology, research design, and statistics. Her research interests include the role assessment plays in influencing student learning strategies, assessment issues and policy, and educational program evaluation.
