Digital Construction Images: Half-day (3 hrs) Participants will
learn basics of capturing, editing, enhancing, annotating, sharing,
and managing digital images of construction jobsite activities.
Software used will be MS Office Image tools, MS Picture & Fax
Viewer, MS Office Picture Manager, and Adobe Photoshop. Basic
concepts of digital images such as image resolution, size,
compression and quality will be introduced. Fundamentals of digital
photography for acquiring images including time/date stamping,
setting image capture quality, uploading images from camera or
scanner, and archiving images will be covered. Also document and
image scanning from prints will be covered.
