    • Design and analysis of efficient and robust Certificate Revocation List distribution schemes in Vehicle to Vehicle and Vehicle to Infrastructure communications.

Graduate Research Assistant, Auburn University, AL. August 2006-Present
  • Dynamic Spectrum Access/Cognitive Radio Networks .
    • Designed a MAC protocol for multi-hop cognitive radio networks and evaluated it with NS-2 simulations.

    • Proposed a Multi-Edge graph model to represent cognitive radios and verified it using MATLAB and C simulations.

    • Modeled cognitive radio networks using three dimensional Markov chains to study the capacity of secondary users.

    • Proposed the concept of selective broadcasting for cognitive radio networks to improve energy efficiency of the nodes and throughput of the network.

  • Mesh Networks
    • Analyzed the unfairness issue and proposed a Gate Classification Algorithm (GCA) to alleviate this problem in Mesh Networks.

Intern, Neosis Ltd., Hyderabad, India. Jan-May 2006
  • Developed automatic power frequency monitoring and control in a power system by programming A/D (Analog/Digital) interface cards using C language.

  • Built an interface and developed a C code for automatic computer a ided plotting of circle diagram of a three phase induction motor. This project won the First Prize in the National Project Presentation Contest at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, May 2005.
