  General Interest
  • The Victorian Web -- One of the first literature sites on the Web, and still one of the best, prepared by George P. Landow.   One word of caution, however:  many of the essays posted here were written by students, and while most of these essays are of  high quality, they are still not considered appropriate sources for a research paper.  The Victorian Web is a good starting point for research--not one-stop shopping.
