** 06/29/2000 MC - Unprotect Disb Actual Net Adj (SDFAV) field 
on 389 for both 99-00 (DF0) and 00-01 (DF1) in TEST/PROD.

** 06/07/2000 MC - the mods of 03/02/2000 can't be done anymore
after Direct Lending 2001 is installed since there is no spaces 
available.

** 03/02/2000 MC 
Screen image DF0 - Change the length of Action Date (SDFAG) 
from 08 to 10 in PROD and TEST.

** 01/25/2000 MC
Screen image DF9 - Change the length of Action Date (SDFAG) 
from 08 to 10 in PROD and TEST. Also Unprotected SDFBI, 
SDFAV in addition to those done in 12/01/99.
