Common Abends and Their Usual Cause
001 (Cobol) Mismatch between dataset and DCB information
0C1 Missing DD statement or read/write to unopened dataset
0C2 Subscripting Error
0C3 Subscripting Error
0C4 Subscripting Error
0C5 Subscripting Error
0C6 Subscripting Error
0C7 Non-numeric data in a numeric field
013 Error in DCB information or dataset referenced for input has never been opened
106 Minor system error--resubmit
222 Estimated lines or tapes exceeded or job cancelled by operator
322 Estimated time exceeded
522 Proper computer console operation not completed
604 Subscripting error
605 Subscripting error
706 Unresolved external reference
713 Permission to use unexpired dataset denied
804 Insufficient memory for execution
806 Program not found in library
813 DSN on DD statement does not match DSN on tape
80A Insufficient memory for execution
913 Insufficient security access
B37 All disk space allocated for dataset has been used up
D37 All disk space allocated for dataset has been used up
E37 All disk space allocated for dataset has been used up
