Music Historians will research the more formal musical styles of the
Twentieth Century. Some examples
of musical forms in this style are: neo-classical, neo-romantic, decadentism,
avantgarde, modernmism, 12 tone, chromaticism, minimalism, opera, symphonies,
and other any forms you might discover along the way. Some people
think art music should be the only music included in a name for the 20th
Century musical forms. After your research, bring your views on the
subject to your group for discussion.
