JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

Juvenile Delinquency is a 300-level course in Auburn's Criminology Program. This and Criminology (CR 302) are generally considered the "gateway" courses for our criminology curriculum. The subject matter of this course includes: (1) an overview of the history of juvenile delinquency; (2) how and why we measure delinquency; (3) factors related to delinquency in American society; and (4) explanations for delinquency..
