If you have caught a fish with a numbered floy tag (see photo to right) in the Mobile-Tensaw Delta, please complete the following:

Please provide all of the following information that you can:

        Tag number? (REQUIRED)

    Length of fish?

    Weight of fish?

    Location where fish was caught (please provide as much information as you can here). (REQUIRED)

        

    What did you do with the fish (release it, keep it, etc.)?
