Here is a brief overview of our methods and approach.

• We are sampling at six sites-- Dennis Lake, McReynold's Lake, Gravine Island, Crab Creek, Bay Minette Basin, and D'Olive Bay. We also sample depth profiles of water temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen at four other sites (Upper Tensaw River, Chacaloochee [Choccolotta] Bay, Chuckafee Bay, Apalachee River).
• On each sampling date we electrofished two transects at each of the six sites via both boat electrofishing and via a prod pole technique (seining was not possible in this habitat).
