Below is a sample membership certificate that may be printed and used by members of the Universal Life Church Christian Fellowship. The right and left print margins on your browser should be set to 0 before printing the certificate. The members name should be put in the box in the place of "Rev. John Doe" before printing.

Note: If Internet Exporer is used, the name will be centered. If Netscape is used, spaces will need to be entered in front of the name to manually center it.
