Sample Membership Certificate

Below is a sample membership certificate that may be printed and used by members of the True Grace Ministries Christian Ministers Association. The right and left print margins on your browser should be set to 0 before printing the certificate. The members name should be put in the box in the place of "Rev. John Doe" before printing.

Note: If Internet Exporer is used, the name will be centered. If Netscape is used, spaces will need to be entered in front of the name to manually center it.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS - - that

being an ordained Minister,
and having demonstrated by actions and by statement of faith that 

"Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God; 
He came in the flesh, died for our sins, was buried,
and rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures." 

and agreeing to: 

Maintain high ethical and moral values in all their dealings, personally and professionally; 

  • to respect each person's difference in doctrine, style and personality as they follow the leadings of the Holy Spirit; 

  • to only speak in edifying ways in regards to other ministers, ministries, and the Body of Christ at large; 

  • to treat all with whom they come into contact as they would like to be treated.
