With over 20 years of dance choreography and coaching experience, Jennifer Hodge is the dance coach for the Auburn University Tiger Paws Dance Team. Jennifer is from the state of Texas and is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dance Education and Exercise Sport Science. While a student at Texas State, she was a four year member of the Stutters dance team. Upon graduation she started her coaching, teaching and choreography career in College Station, Texas with Bryan High School and Texas A&M University. She worked at Texas A&M University directing the Aggie Dance Team for ten years, while also opening the A&M Dance Academy dance studio teaching tap, jazz, ballet and hip-hop to young children. Jennifer has also worked for American Dance Team School for 15 years which has allowed her to travel the country teaching dance camps and directing special events. She has been a part of the choreography, production, and directing for the Fox Sports All Star Football Half-Time Performance, Las Vegas Collegiate Basketball Tournament Half-Time Performance, Texas Olympic Games Opening Ceremonies, NBA Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks Guest/Special Event Half-Time Performance, and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade All Star Performance.

Jennifer is going into her third year here with Auburn University as the Tiger Paws Coach. She currently lives in Auburn with her husband Captain Nicholas Hodge and they are glad to be a part of the Auburn University family.
