Studio 5 was founded in January 2008 by Katie Hanson, a history major and art history minor at Auburn University, to satisfy the need for a student-organization support system for those interested in art history.  Hanson began Studio 5 with the intention to serve as a student organization for those interested in art history and/or pursuing careers in art history and other areas in the arts.    Studio 5 continues to strive to serve as an academic and professional resource for those interested in all areas of professions involving the arts.
