Aubie Appearance Contract

The following terms & conditions apply to all Aubie appearances:

1. Aubie will be paid the Alabama State Rate per mile for gas if the appearance is out of the Auburn/Opelika area. To see the current rate please see the Auburn University/State Rate. Please have check ready upon arrival.
2. A meal must be provided if the appearance is over four hours away (or if it is during meal hours).
3. A private & lockable place for Aubie to change must be provided.
4. It must be understood that Aubie’s maximum time in the suit is 45 minutes for an appearance and less than that in excessive heat and humidity.
5. Aubie makes appearances for no charge (other than gas mileage).
6. Aubie does not do private events (ex. weddings, birthday parties) or promotional events.
