Departmental Scholarships
Each of Auburn University's 12 colleges and schools awards scholarships separate from the scholarships awarded at the university level.
In addition, various departments within each college or school may award scholarships. Students should contact the college/school and
department in which they plan to major for Departmental Scholarship opportunities.

Overview
Criteria for Departmental Scholarships vary and may include but not be limited to academic major, geographic location, academic achievement,
and financial need. To receive maximum consideration for need-based Scholarships, students should complete the
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), available online beginning January 1. The FAFSA
must be received by Auburn University by the financial aid priority deadline of March 1. Additional information regarding Departmental
Scholarships may be found on the websites for the respective academic departments.
Architecture, Design, and Construction
The College of Architecture, Design, and Construction considers students for scholarships once accepted into the professional program.
Students enrolled in Building Science may receive scholarship consideration after completing 15 hours or two building science courses.
