To request a duplicate diploma, a request form must be completed and payment made for the document. A request form is available in the Office of Admissions and Records or by clicking on the button below to download it for printing.

 

The fee for a duplicate diploma is $20.00 per diploma. Payment is accepted in the form of a check or money order made payable to: Auburn University.
