Student Counseling Services

Forming partnerships has been essential for the Plains Truth Project. It is very important to have all the components of prevention, enforcement and treatment in place for the concern of all students. We are also aware of the importance that we all are carriers of a message and we want to deliver the 'true norm' message. Though the project focuses on the "most" we are aware that the "few" will not be reached by our marketing and are in need of other messages and services. We have forged partnerships with law enforcement leaders, community leaders, campus leaders and school leaders.

Law Enforcement - Auburn University Police Department, Auburn City Police Department, Opelika Police Department and Lee County Sheriff's department.

Community - Auburn City Government, Opelika City Government, Lee County Commission, Auburn/Opelika Area Merchants and Off Campus Housing sites.

Campus - Auburn University Administration, AU Faculty and Staff, AU Public Safety, AU Housing, and various Colleges and Departments.

Schools - Auburn University, Southern Union State Community College, Auburn High School and Opelika High School.
