Who can participate in PGA?
PGA is open to any potential graduate student who is considering graduate studies at Auburn University and has a desire to work in a student-centered environment.
Do I have to be accepted to graduate school in order to participate?
Individual graduate programs have different application deadlines and acceptance dates. Offers made for assistantships will be contingent upon admission into a graduate program prior to the desired start date for each position.
When can I apply?
Available positions will be posted in December and each office will provide specific details about the desired qualifications they are looking for in potential assistants.
How do I apply?
Interested applicants should apply through the “application” tab and follow the online application system as directed. Applications, completed, with resume attached must be submitted before any interviews can be scheduled. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
How will I know if I have been offered an interview?
Interviews are offered at the discretion of each office. During the application process, candidates may request interviews based on their interest in a specific office and position. Candidates will be notified by February 22, 2013 about which offices have scheduled interviews with them.
