Painting on the Plains
On Tuesday, March 30, come enjoy an afternoon of painting on the AUSC green space taught by Corks and Canvas LLC. The first session will be from 1 to 3 p.m. (Funky Tree), and the second session is 4 to 6 p.m. (Toomers Corner). Refreshments will be provided, and space is limited. Sign up with a current Auburn student ID in Suite 3130 Room 3149, starting Wednesday, March 24. Tiger Nights is coming soon, and UPC needs your help! City Lights, Tiger Nights will be Friday, April 9 from 7 p.m. to midnight. We will need staff volunteers to help with ticket/money tables. Please take a look at the shifts below and let Melissa Dempsey know by Wednesday, March 31 if you are able to work a shift, include the times and your t-shirt size. She will follow up before the event with all details, assignments, and instructions.

On Wednesday, March 31, Student Counseling Services will be conducting free brief screens for eating behaviors and attitudes. This is part of the Wellness and Fitness Expo on the first floor of the Haley Center and runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The screenings are free to students, staff, faculty, and any adults from the community. Confidential feedback, information, and referral resources will be provided. For more information, contact Student Counseling Services at 844-5123.
IMPACT Project Coordinator Applications out Now! (Please share with your students)
Interested in becoming more involved on campus and in the community? Get in involved with IMPACT as a Project Coordinator. IMPACT currently volunteers at eleven different sites in the community performing varying service projects each week of the semester.
IMPACT Project Coordinator applications are now available in 3130 Auburn University Student Center or on the IMPACT web site(http://www.auburn.edu/impact).
Applications should be turned in to 3130 AUSC by 12 p.m. on Friday, April 9. Please sign up for an interview time upon returning your applications.

IMPACT ASB Trips Were Very Successful
Thanks to everyone in the division for your support of the Alternative Spring Break program this year. Forty-three students traveled to three different locations and worked with Habitat for Humanity and Challenge Enterprises. Without your support and encouragement the trips would not have gone as well as they did. We are already gearing up for next year and can't wait to share that news with you!

The Auburn University Parents’ Association is currently accepting applications for grant funding for the 2010-2011 academic year to be awarded in July 2010. University academic departments, student organizations, and student affairs/support services offices whose program/activity will benefit and enhance undergraduate student life and learning at Auburn University are encouraged to submit a proposal. The AUPA recently awarded $12,000 in funds for proposals submitted in fall 2009. In order to fund programs for the upcoming year, a new timeline has been established with a deadline of May 15, 2010.
