WELCOME TO THE OFFICE OF JUDICIAL AFFAIRS
Judicial Affairs in the Division of Student Affairs is responsible for administration of the Code of Student Discipline. A student at Auburn agrees to conform to its regulations and policies and is subjected to disciplinary actions for violations of the Code or University policies. The Code of Student Discipline deals with non academic
infractions and charges of violations should be submitted in writing to the Vice President of Student Affairs.
Violations of academic honesty are covered by the Academic Honesty Code and should be referred to the Vice President of Academic Affairs. Cases involving violations of the Code of Student
Discipline by students enrolled in the School of Pharmacy and College of Veterinary Medicine will be handled by Student Boards of Ethical Conduct/Relations of the respective schools.
In addition, cases involving sexual harassment and /or discrimination should be reported to the Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Office in the
