Scholarships for International Students
Auburn University Scholarships
Auburn University is a public university funded primarily by the state of Alabama. Therefore, we do not have need-based scholarships to provide financial assistance to International Students. What we do offer is a limited number of scholarships to International Students who have excelled academically. Qualification requires a minimum 3.5 GPA and either an ACT score of 29 or a SAT score of 1350. IT is the intent of Auburn University to acknowledge the academic excellence through undergraduate study at Auburn. International students who wish to be considered for scholarships for any Fall semester must apply by December 1 of the previous year.
External Scholarships
External or outside scholarships are another possibility for international students These are scholarships which students bring with them to the University. They are not considered to be part of the University Scholarship system.
