Auburn Chapter Information
The Auburn
University Chapter of the National Student Speech-Language Hearing
Association (NSSLHA) is a very active local chapter of a national
organization for students interested in or studying speech-language
pathology and audiology. NSSLHA encourages participation from all
students. Joining NSSLHA is a great way to learn more about your field
of study, make new friends, and get to know your professors.
The Auburn Chapter of NSSLHA hosts many activities
throughout the year, the highlight being the William E. Weidner Annual
Symposium. The Symposium features a presentation on a topic
pertaining to speech-language pathology and audiology presented by guest
speakers. The Symposium is a wonderful source for continuing education
and meeting local professionals in the field of speech and hearing.
