The International Business Club is a professional organization

Mission
International Business Club (IBC) is a professional organization founded to help foster the inquiry into the study of business in the international realm. The IBC actively seeks to acquaint its members with factors involved in the successful conduction of foreign trade and commerce such as insights into the political and social climate necessary for the further development of the world’s economy. Finally, the IBC encourages scholarship, the association of students for their mutual advancement, and promotes a closer affiliation between business and the students of international studies.
Membership is open to all International Business majors. Other majors with an interest in international business are welcome.
Each officer serves for one academic year. Officers are elected in April to serve for the following year. The officers meet monthly with the faculty advisor to discuss upcoming meetings.
The 2007-08 officers of Auburn University’s International Business Club are:
President Marilee Walker
Vice President – Programs Amanda VanDine
