Service

The Honors Congress is dedicated to serving and improving the community around us. Our committee’s goal is to make opportunities to serve more accessible to Honors Congress students, and encourage service and volunteering in every member.

This semester we will be working along with Impact to do some community service projects each week. We encourage everyone to find the program that they are passionate about, however our officers will be working on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and we would love to see some Honors students come out and serve with us!

Also the Service Committee would like to begin working with the Recycling Program on campus, the English as a Second Language Program and the City of Auburn Parks and Recreation Department. If anyone would be interested in working with these wonderful (and resume building) organizations please send any one of the officers an email!
