Dear Incoming Freshman:
War Eagle! On behalf of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity, we welcome you to Auburn University. At Auburn, Greek life is well respected, both socially and academically. Going Greek is one of college’s foremost opportunities, as it provides the background for your next four years and beyond. The connections made in college often last a lifetime. The fraternity system is designed to achieve three main goals: scholarship, brotherhood, and philanthropy. Here at TKE we pride ourselves on meeting these goals in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
Each year TKE has a series of events. Items such as this year’s involvement with Hurricane Relief for Katrina victims, and a Run for Ronnie, benefiting the Ronald Reagan Alzheimer’s fund. Other events are social in nature, and in this respect, TKE does not disappoint. With a wide range of social functions, such as our annual Red Carnation Ball, Trick or TKE, and our end of the year party “Tiki Island”, TKE provides a great environment to branch out.
Here at TKE we have a great mix of men that provides a truly one of a kind Greek experience. We recognize that every man has his own individual personality, and we invite you to see how TKE is redefining fraternity. We have a number of events planned this summer and hope to see you at one.
