About Us

The Office of Greek Life focuses our work around the following core values:

Leadership – The ability to empower individuals, and the organizations to which they belong, to capitalize on opportunities to cultivate leadership skills and attributes that will carry them far beyond their Auburn experience.

Development – Nurturing the growth of the whole student as they grow, develop, and mature while part of the Auburn community.

Relationships – Providing opportunities for the development of interpersonal, diverse relationships, and relationship skills, that form the basis for lifelong bonds.

Scholarship – Encouraging the never-ending pursuit of knowledge through multiple mediums, with the primary goal of individual academic excellence.

Honor – Developing the awareness that honor is the core of all decisions that are made, and actions that are taken, by members of the AU Greek community and the community-at-large.

Integrity – Developing the understanding that life is full of choices and decisions and it is integrity that drives the will and the ability to do what is right both legally and morally.

Philanthropy/Community Service – Developing the understanding that the betterment of oneself often comes from service to others whether it is on a global or local scale.
