Delta Sigma Phi is a breath of fresh air on the Auburn plains. Aside from having as much fun as we possibly can, the brothers of Delta Sigma Phi are extremely involved on campus through academics, philanthropy, and athletics. We boast the largest fraternity philanthropy, the Miss Fall Rush pageant, benefiting the March of Dimes. After 50 years and a over a hundred thousand dollars in donations, we have earned a permanent seat on the March of Dimes’ Board of Directors, as well as having the longest running philanthropy at Auburn.
When it comes the athletics, Delta Sigma Phi strongly encourages intense competition and good sportsmanship. We believe that fraternity life goes hand in hand with sports, by both providing the essential elements of teamwork and pride. We compete in every intramural event available, and consistently win in every department. We also have numerous brothers who play on many of Auburn’s athletic teams. |

Although charity and sports are a big part of Delta Sig, socially we host a calendar in which every brother is proud to participate. We have our annual Sailors Ball in the Fall, as well as our White Carnation Formal in the Spring. Our biggest social event of the year is our week long Shipwrecked party in the spring.
2008 marks the Kappa chapter of Delta Sigma Phi’s 100th year on Auburn’s campus, making it one of the longest running fraternities at Auburn and only the second Delta Sig chapter nationally to celebrate its centennial. Just as the brothers have done the past 100 years, Delta Sigma Phi will continue to build “Better Men, Better Lives” for the next 100 years. |
