Recruitment 2008

What is recruitment? Recruitment is a week long event where you can visit different fraternities of your choice. It is more commonly called "rush". During a visit, you are able to meet current members, learn about the fraternity in general, and form an opinion of that fraternity. However, you need to be aware that as you are forming opinions about the fraternities, they are forming an opinion of you. If they like you, they give you what is called a bid. A bid is an open invitation to join the fraternity for what is called a "pledge" semester. For more information on recruitment or pledging, please visit the Interfraternity Council website.

Summer Recruitment Events

June 7th - Barons Baseball Game. There will be a tailgate at a brother's house before.

June 20th - Braves Baseball Game.

July 19th - Biscuits Baseball Game in Montgomery

July 25th - Six Flags Trip
