The Environmental Awareness Organization is Auburn's dedicated student body giving back to the campus they love. The EAO is here to help educate Auburn's students about environmental friendliness. We strive to inspire the student body to be innovative and responsible about their impact on tomorrow's Auburn.

Our group encompasses environmental issues and sustainability, as well as a wide range of people from all different backgrounds. Our primary source of outreach to the public is volunteer work and educational events. The Auburn Office of Sustainability defines sustainability as "meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs" (Adapted from: The Brundtland Report -- Our Common Future- 1987).

If you're interested in geeting involved just come to a meeting or go to our Members page for more information.
