Auburn College Democrats is a group of College Students that “pledge themselves to continue the great thoughts of our Party and to bring forth new ideas. As Citizens of today and leaders of the future, we shall strive to shape our Party, communities, states, and nation.” No matter if you are-- an extreme liberal, a highly conservative liberal, or just someone who is unsure of what they believe-- you can bring your ideas to Auburn College Democrats, where they will be welcome. The Democratic Party is the “Big Tent” party and welcomes all to its ranks.

Auburn College Democrats will be having their first meeting September 9 at 7:30pm in the New Student Center room 2216. We will be having FREE FOOD as always, information on all the campaigns this year, and a visitor from the Segall for Congress campaign stopping by to speak to us. This is going to be a great year for Democrats but we will have to work hard to elect great democrats to office. We hope to see you at the meeting and bring your friends!

The Alabama Rural Coalition for the Homeless (ARCH) is an organization of homeless service provides from 43 rural counties in Alabama. ARCH is dedicated to the provision of services to homeless persons and to the prevention of homelessness in rural Alabama. ARCH will conduct a homeless count beginning January 30 and ending on February 10. The count will help ARCH apply for federal funding to help the homeless in this area. If you're interested in helping, you can meet at the United Way of Opelika at 10:00 Monday January 30. It is located at 2133 Executive Park Drive.
