Article I: Committees and Assignments

Section 1: The following committees will be appointed annually:

a. The Social Committee shall be chaired by the Vice President and shall be responsible for social activities.

b. The Fundraising Committee shall be chaired by the Treasurer and composed of active BGPSA members. This committee is responsible for maintaining the organization fiscally.

c. The Community Outreach and Awareness Committee shall be chaired by the Public Relations Chair and is responsible for connecting BGPSA with the community and promoting public relations.

Article II: Amendments to Bylaws

Section 1: These bylaws may be amended at any meeting, providing that the amendment has been submitted in writing at least ten (10) days prior to voting on the amendment.

Section 2: The quorum needed for voting on amendments to bylaws shall be referenced in the Constitution, Article IV, Section 2.

Section 3: The majority needed to approve amendments to these bylaws shall be referenced in the Constitution, Article IV, Section 2.
