Spirit Points

Donations

Spirit Points will be awarded to Spirit Organizations for their canned food and monetary
donations as follows:

1 Spirit Point = $5 = 10 Pounds of Food

Auction Items

Spirit points will be awarded to organizations for donating auction items according to the
following equation:

Total Spirit Points = 25 Points per Item Donated + (Dollar amount Item Sells for ÷ 2)

T-Shirts

Beat Bama Food Drive t-shirts will be available for purchase. Each organization will receive
3 Spirit Points per t-shirt purchased.

Example: Alpha Alpha Alpha

• 50 T-shirts

• 150 Points

• 2 Auction Items (Sold for $50 and $200)

• 100 Points

• 8,000 lbs of food

• 800 points

TOTAL: 1,050 Points
